Any criticize/suggestion on this photo? And is it good idea to watermark your work or it's ruining the picture itself?

Nice photo, if you are going to watermark this photo be careful not to go too dark or it would ruin the photo.

Watermarks are your choice. If it's just used as a "signature", keep it small and out of the way. If you are trying to prevent theft, it should be large, and across your subject or it can easily be cropped or cloned out.
