Do you catalog your camera phone pics?

So what does everyone do with your camera phone pics? Do you just leave them on your phone or do you integrate them into the same workflow that you use for your dSLR photos?

My dSLR workflow includes tags and categories for family members, vacations, etc. Inevitably, I'll shot family members and vacation snaps with my camera phone. I've always just left them on my camera, but as the number of pics on my camera climbs, I realize that I have some good memories on my camera and I'm wondering if I want to start treating them like photos taken with my other cameras.

Just curious what everyone else does.

Typically delete them after a couple of days ....

Not sure what you take with your camera, but mine aren't of any kind of quality I'd ever want to keep.
