This is a photo I took of a plant outside of the office we just moved into. I have no idea what type it is and hope someone here will recognize it:

Are you trolling me? If so, it worked, I just did a search for it. All I found was some mentions of an orchid.

No, not trolling. All I see is a red "X". Broken link?

Is it a bush or a small tree? If it's tree like I would say a crab apple tree. If it's a bush there are lots of bushs with berries on them. It will probably be easier to tell once it blossoms.

I see...sorry...hmmm...I see the photo fine, but I am linking to it from failbook so let me upload to my office website...check back soon...I'll have it fixed...

Well, now everyone should be able to see the photo...

Looks like Rosa Canina, also known as the dog rose ('wild rose' here in Poland). It's fruits used to be known for their medical qualities in folk/domestic medicine. Now that we have all the fancy pills no one uses it anymore, but the truth is nothing's better for cold than a dog rose syrup tea. They are also used to make marmelade, which is often used to fill donuts in Poland. Tastes a bit like raspberries.

Its a bush. I have a crabapple tree outside of my house...

This bush is outside of the office I work at...I'll take a wider view of the plant later today and post it here in this thread....thank you so much for the replies. Thank you especially to Drake. What a wonderful learning experience your little story. I love learning...and if they do taste like raspberries (my FAVORITE) then I'll have to give it a try.

I don't know about all that Ron. I'm not sure where else Honeysuckles are found, but we have a TON of them up here in Northern Minnesota and I've never seen honeysuckle grow in bushes like this. Once the administrative assistant gets back from break, I'll go out and take another photo of it with a wider view. I sure cannot wait until springtime so I can see this bloom. I probably could figure out what it is if I hadn't spent so much time skipping high school back in the nineties...

That's not what I meant. I don't think it actually tastes good raw, especially not in the dry state this time of year. What I meant was that when you make a marmalade, it tastes kinda like raspberry marmalade. But I think it's made from fresh fruits, picked up in autumn. But you should definitely wait till it blooms in the spring to make sure it is what I think it is. Here's some reference:
