Does anyone own a bird or two?

I have never bred birds, but a couple of years ago, I briefly raised a starling. I had found him when he was about 2 days old, his family had fallen from a building, and I couldn't find anyone to take him. He passed away, we think from internal injuries, however, he lived about 3 weeks, and was able to live long enough to learn to fly. He was a happy, loud little guy - I will look for some pictures to post.
