My Palm M505 has been trodden on with a boot, been dropped 1.5m onto hard carpet AND been soaked in water for over an hour. The only thing that's broken is the green "charging" LED. Will anything kill it???

Done it. Took a hammer to an ATX midtower. Gave the hard drive a good whack and the motherboard a good jolt.
