ducks (11 pics)

Had some time this last few days to try to capture some cool looking ducks I have seen around here... they are very timid, so these are the best I could do without a hide...

AWesome as always Ray. I have seen some of those ducks at Bluffers Park..and I could not get close. As soon as I got out of the car...they would swim away.

Ducks are almost as bad as Hawks to try and get. You did a good job and some Ducks I have never seen before. See you guys tomorrow, can't wait

Thanks guys, It was fun to try and catch these feathered friends.. looking fwd to picking up my 1.5 tele converter tomorrow I hope!! That should help some shots... next thing will be a hide of some kind..

Whoa. I love Photo 5!

And I have never seen a duck as the one shown in Photos 2-4 and 8-11. Beautiful birds.

That's my fave too, the unmistakeably industrial background, with wildlife in its element as well .... if you know what I mean
