Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
This was the original edit I did. The green hue was intentional and not a white balance or color issue.

This was the reedit I did where I played with the color curves some and got somewhat of a crossprocessed effect.

Personally I like the reedit but I wanted to get others opinions of the comparison.

So let me know what you think.

I like the first one better, second one she has a purple color cast and just looks bad. IMO

If I have to pick, the first...it's underexposed though. The second one is nasty looking IMO

Sent from Erics iPhone! (2) Nikon D300 50mm 1.4, 17-55 2.8, 70-200 2.8VRII, 24-70 2.8, 85mm 1.4, (2) SB900

first one is underexposed and carries a green cast ( try playing with the exposure and white balance)

second one looks almost fluorescent

The green was not a mistake, its intentional.

but which did you like better? and why?

I know I'm new to this forum but I like the 1st better the second looks alien-ish

What's more important is neither is exposed/white balanced/anything properly. So it's tough to pick which turd smells better.

Why intentionally make the image green? Then ask if it looks good? lol. I call BS.

My guess is that his reason for doing that is that was his own artistic vision.

I think the first is much better and rather interesting.
(the second is almost grotesque and the color just jarring for no purpose)

However I do think that the first is not 'finished.'
It is, IMO, underexposed, too flat and the subject is too low in the frame.
Additionally the slanted doorposts are clearly perspective distortion and the extra stuff on the right is distracting.
Also the eyes are so dark as to be almost invisible.

I will send an edited version to the OP and he can post it if he'd like.

The first one, definitely. I'd brighten it up and add a little bit of magenta though. But as always, that's subjective
