Hey guys, I am wanting to get into photography, I ran camera for a hunting team for 2 years so basic functions shouldn't be hard for me to pick up. So I am wanting to do like wildlife and landscape picture, and I want to keep it in $800 any suggestions on cameras or kits in my price range? Thanks for eny help

you might find a used D7000 for $800 if you hunt around. a used D300 or D300s is also a good option for wildlife and in that price range.
will depend on what kind of lenses you want to get with that money as well. a D90 used is around $500 +/- and that would give you enough left over for a decent lens. D200's are also around $500, but I would go D90 over D200.

Shooting wildlife often requires using a telephoto, long reach lens.
Generally, the more telephoto the lens, the more the lens costs.

Landscape photos usually requires using a wide angle lens.

So your budget has to also include at least 1 lens.
Many entry-level DSLR cameras come as a kit that includes a kit lens. Some entry-level DSLR cameras can be gotten as just the camera body.

Awesome what should I look for when search for a used one? As far as what might be wrong with it or worn out ?
