yeah. can drop the exposure and go grey. The paper right under the door is the first to blow out. Can't keep the exposure and contrast up without blowing the highlights.

A nice S curve would up the contrast on the scene without blowing the highlights. I pretty much always set contrast with a curve instead of using the contrast sliders.

Very interesting. I like the composition and the shapes formed in the door with the textures on the ground. I also prefer the first version and the way it looks like a black and white t-shirt print or etching or something.

thanks. I had some doubts on the foreground. Couldn't get any closer, debated if i should cut it or not. I did kind of want to keep the wheel if i cropped it. Pretty neat really. It is the left overs of a recent garage fire that works on cars. I have a lot to go through, lot of others too. For the garage fire you would think i could find a lot of neat pics in it. Oddly enough i had trouble though it was such a wreckage i was searching for decent shots. Still going through them. Some are pretty neat as it still had cars in it. I will see what else i have if i get some time.
