Since this is a retake of of the birds I thought I would include it here, so here is the progression of images:
Image 1. Full auto bad composition
Image 2. Awesome capture pretty good composition, lighting issues, still was in auto settings.
Image 3. Full manual this time! I'm mostly happy with this image. It is minimally cropped to fix my silly tilt issue. I like the snow but I'm not overly impressed with the light green pine bough top right.
