I think I need even more light... after looking at these again.
Did you have to do any touching up on your photo?

Honestly, after about 4.3 years, I don't recall specifics, but I know it wouldn't have been very extensive with this shot. I always shoot RAW, so there's always some processing to be done. I also typically use a bit of an S curve, which increases contrast, making the blacks blacker, etc.
