Hi guys..
I'm new around here. I just put up a site and would like some feedback regarding the pics.....

Well, from what I've learned, you need to practice composition and your lighting. In some of the pictures, the baby girl has her head or feet cropped off and the crop is too tight. In the wedding pictures, they're too saturated and too dark.

Agree with above. They're a good start, but they have a way to go. I find your website rather difficult and time-consuming to navigate; perhaps simply post 2 - 4 of the images you most want critiqued here?
