Fine art catagory

I usually don't like adding for forum catagories, TPF does have a lot but is it possible to have one for Fine Art Photography? or is there already a catagory that people use for that?

The problem I see with that is, how do we define "fine art". Put a pile of photographs on a table and ask ten photographers to pick a 'fine art' image, and you'll get ten different images.
