You should crop it a little different. The composition is too central for image with moving. Try to shift the bird to left or to right depending of impressiont that you want to create.

Little Black Capped chickadee. Nice capture of the wings. In our area these little guys will literally fly into your hand and steal peanuts. I posted some of these last week. Again I like the wing shot.
