I do like this; it's an unusal treatment, but it works. My only nitpick is that I would like to see the bottom of the image "moved down" a bit so that you included just a bit of her shirt between her breasts. (Is that a cloning boo-boo on her right side where her top meets her skin?)

I like this. I like your light pattern, but I think I would really love it cropped differently. More of a diamond shape. I think the material on the shoulders creates an unnecessary broadness through that area.

Thank you for the comments. Ill try and play with various crops and also check and see if there is another photo with some more of the shirt pulled up a little across her chest. I do not believe there is but Ill take a look.

There was no cloning in the photo at all. Only thing I did was crop and change the tone and mess with the contrast some. No other touch ups. But I do see the spot you are talking about. Ill see if I can smooth that out.
