first shot in weeks

about 12 years ago I hurt my back and I now suffer from bad backs in the cold weather. Last year I trapped a nerve in my back and couldn't stand up, sit up or walk for a week at one point I almost passed out from the pain of walking (dragging myself) from the bathroom to my bedroom.

Still it could be worst
