Outside of skin smoothing and clean up, hows the lighting?

This monitor's calibration isn't current, so it might be me, but I think I'm seeing a very slight green cast. As for the lighting, I like the pattern, but I think it's just a hair under-exposed.

Ill add a third or half and see how it looks. I dont think I am seeing a green cast but its possible Im just not seeing it.

hows the lighting?

I would slightly move the dish down and just a tad further. Take a look at the shadow underneath her left nostril, it is a bit harsh. And saying that, I would slightly tilt her head so the nostril is not that visible.

#1. I agree with Tirediron, up the exposure a notch, if there's a green cast it's too small for me to be sure I'm seeing it or if I see it because it's been suggested.

#2. Love it! You got the movement, especially in the hair, with a good expression. If it were mine I take out the 2nd catchlight (the top one) in her right eye.

I might be wrong, but it seems that your fill is too powerful, resulting in a very flat lighting. There are almost no shadows at all, and this can also be seen from the lower reflection in the eyess : the fill light is at least as powerful as the main light coming from the beauty dish.
