Flowers and a bee

I was bored while waiting for my laundry to finish so I wandered around our yard a bit with my camera. I'm still getting used to how close you can focus when using an extension tube. It's a little un-nerving when shooting that close to bees.

I'm not sure which of the flower shots I like better.

these are killer... i have never seen the veins in the wings of a bee on a picture... that is awesome...

i really like the second pic of the flower best, but only because you can see the pollen... the first shot is good too...cause the soft color effect..
