fuji HS30exr. Nikon 3100, or sony A37 for HDR which to choose

Looking for another camera, as a bit disappointed with my F600exr compact. it does all i want to as a travel camera, but would ideally like a full size APS-C size sensor type camera at the moment the three above are my current shortlist..

the sony i can get for £230

hs30exr i can get for £190 refurb,

and the nikon is i dunno but about the same price as the sony...

anyone like to throw any other cameras in to the mix... ?

i need a EVF, lithium batteries, and ideally AEB with more than 2 stops of EV... not to bothered about a long zoom lens but a small zoom would be good..

hence the sony A37
