Fuji S7000 or DiMAGE A1?

Hi there,
Wondering what you think would be best for me? I've been using my dad's old Canon AE-1 and a Casio Exilim lately but I'm looking to buy a camera which "combines" the two. (If that makes sense!?)
I've seen a couple of A1's on ebay lately and they seem cheaper than the s7000, it has a lower iso, anti-shake thing and the flip-down screen which would be useful. I'll be using it mostly for action shots but with a bit of everything else aswell!
