Hi, I have 2 lenses, and at this time, I don't have the budget to buy another lens.

My 2 lenses are:
1.Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS SLR Lens
2.Canon EF-S 55-250mm f/4.0-5.6 IS Telephoto Zoom Lens

Most of my photography activities take place out door, taking pictures of people, out-door portrait, a little of scenery. I'll be traveling soon, and I can only bring one lens with me, which one should I bring with me? Thanks

Well... What are you going to be photographing? The 18-55 is better for landscapes but the 55-250 would be better for people and wild animals. Just depends on what you plan on taking pictures of!

No doubt, the 18-55 mm. You can also get closer by taking a few steps.

:lol:A few steps closer almost bought me a trip to the ICU when I forgot my 200mm lens and happened upon these guys:

That picture sucks because, 5 seconds earlier, I was standing where this ram is, looking through my viewfinder.

Good thing I'm spry for a fat kid...

I had the 18-55 and the 18-105. price difference is there but the 18-105 was a oretty sweet lens to walk around

Don't forget to take sex into account. The Ram was protecting his harem.

A certain amount of prudence is required around wild animals that out weigh you, can run far faster than you can, and that can deliver one hell of a more powerful punch or bite. ;)
