Good budget wide angle lens

Hey guys I need your help to find a good budget wide angle lens for my d3100 so I can use in landscape and street photography. Something below 500 USD if possible. Third party lenses are good also. Thx

Sigma 10-20 (approx $475)
Tokina 11-16 (approx $700)

The Sigma is a very well accepted wide angle third party lens for Nikons.

Typically, the words budget and good don't belong in the same sentence. More like budget and acceptable.
