I can't figure it out. I've made hundreds of prints with this printer and Photoshop. Never had a problem before. Now the printer wants to produce a full bleed print no matter what I do. I resize the image to be significantly smaller than the paper. I tell it to fit the image to the paper. Or I tell it to print what is there and center the image. No matter what I do and no matter what size I make the image, the printer continues to produce a full bleed and crop my image on the long side. Obviouly I've done something to foul things up and I can't figure out what it is. Any thoughts? The printer is a HP Photosmart 4150 or something like that. The software is Photoshop CS2.

Uninstall CS2 and reinstall it. if that doesn't work, do the same with the printer drivers, if that doesn't work, reformat.

In your HP printer propeties go to the Layout tab and make sure that you have not checked the fit media box by mistake. This setting will over ride the photoshop print setup.
