Help !! Again!!

hey! i wanna take photos with black & white effect but i couldn't Find it on the settings !!! Any ideas !! help me Please !! (By The wAy i have a Canon 1100D ) Thank you !

in photoshop, add layer mask and adjust the saturation.

in LR, use the settings preset and change to b/w

What software do you have? An easy (but not the best way) to convert an image to monochrome is reduce the saturation to zero and increase the contast until it looks the way you want.

i use lightroom and photoshop its pretty easy to change to black and white while editing so if you want to you can still keep the photo in color

You're welcome. However, Gimp won't have as many effect and tricks you can use as photoshop does, but it's free and you can't beat that. There are also tons of tutorials out there to help you achieve the result you want.
