I like the last one. Try sharpening his left eye and teeth, so his face appears more in focus! I think it is an adorable picture

I think if the child's clothes were darker he would stand out more instead of being so blended in with the background. #3 is a really cute picture, just one of those moments children have....really cute!

#3 gets my vote... But a quick edit might help.

From within GIMP I did an auto white balamce and threw a bit of sharpening at it... I hope you don't mind.

Do a google for "focus recompose plane" and you'll find some good articles about why the focus-recompose technique sucks especially when shooting with a wide open aperture. I liked this one: http://digital-photography-school.com/the-problem-with-the-focus-recompose-method

#3 is my fav. But watch focus points- should have the eyes tack sharp.
