Help me structure my skills as a photographer.

Aloha, I'm new to the world of photography and would really appreciate any criticism that would help me structure my skills as a photography, I have multiple examples of my work on my Facebook Page. Please like my page if you want to keep updated with the progression of my photography career, I will be doing photography at a music festival this weekend (professionally) and would appreciate some opinions after that experience, but I'll post that when the time comes. Right now I'm looking to build my skills with my self portraits and creative photography, please share any helpful tips I would greatly appreciate it.

First piece of advice since you need structure is show us some photography before you try to sell it to us.
