Help with editing like this?

Hello! I was wondering if anyone had any idea of how to edit photos like this in Photoshop (these photos are from jenny-fromtheblock.com)

Hmmm, well I dont have one...I'm assuming you mean using one of its apps?

Brighten slightly, desaturate slightly, increase yellow slightly. Please note, it's considered bad form to post images which do not belong to you. IAW with TPF policy, please edit these to be links rather than images.

seriously, the first looks like a gradient from red to yellow pulled left to right
maybe some slight blur in there and lower contrast

bigtwinky- thats how i felt about the first one too, but something seemed a bit different that I couldn't quite get right...ill keep working on it i suppose.
