Thanks for your suggestion . yes, focus could have been sharper..but this was shot without a tripod and my hands have not become very steady yet...do you have any trick you use when shooting without a tripod....

Fast shutter, can save shake; sometimes you will have to boost up ISO to compensate? do you have image stabilization in your camera/lens?

When you shoot handheld and don't have a tripod, try to lean on something sturdy and pull your elbows very close in to your body. That will help minimize your arms moving around, and as Freq mentioned use a faster shutter and higher ISO if needed.
