how do i do a indoor lighting set up like this?

Here's another layout that may help. I think there is likely a CTO on the light to camera left of the subject and a CTB or other blue on the light to camera right of the subject.

Seems one light with a diffuser illuminates her face. There might be another one to lit the background where the lamp is although that could have been lit by another light fitting (we can't see). The blue ish area to the right could be flash with a gel but could also be evening light coming through the window.
