It is a zoom burst, long shutter and zoom in.

Mmmm, zoom blur. The image was probably cropped too; this is likely the bottom right corner.

i've tried this but didn't come out too good ... besides i left the shutter opened for 30 secs and ended up zooming in and out a lot. def. will try it again =)
