Planning on going up high in a couple weeks to shoot the milkyway and stars, maybe try star stacking. Also shoot a timelapse with another camera from before sunset to after sunrise.
Using a D800 or D810, i want one shot every 30 seconds during the entire span. Of course this wont be possible in manual mode because the images will be blown out pre sunset/sunrise. I want 30 second exposures and at a high iso, probably 3200 to capture the milkyway.
How would i set this up so every picture is exposed properly from sunset to sunrise and every 30 seconds, and the night ones will be 30 seconds long.... ?
