Not really sure what you're talking about here, but I'm guessing maybe the 'ghosting' around all the lights? I would say that is most likely caused by a cheap UV filter on your lens. Take it off and re-shoot because this one looks like crap. You could also stand to lose the chain out of the foreground.

Looks like an out of focus random snapshot. Something I would delete unless there is some kind of sentimental value to it. :meh:

I wanted to try and get an image similar to this one:

...although not as dark. I was wondering if this would have to do with f/#s. Sorry for being such a noob about it, I just didn't understand the articles I've read online.
