My girlfriend goes into the agency audition tommorow, a headshot is required but isnt a deciding factor on her getting in or not. I just want it to be the best it can be for this!

her cheeks look over exposed, you could take them down a bit with the burn tool. Looks like you shot downwards, shoot eye to eye, she almost looks neck-less

You have a light conflict. Light from left is to high and struggle with main light from right. (IMHO)
