I thought shipping WAS included on PhotoRental.com

I'm trying to rent the Nikon 70-200 2.8 from http://prophotorental.com/default.asp and at checkout I have the option to upgrade to overnight, 2 day, etc but there is no option for the standard 3 day shipping which should be included with the $71.60 price tag to rent for 3 days over the weekend.

I shot them a e-mail but figured I would get a quicker response here.

Anyone have an idea about this?
