Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
Hey guys,

Got back from Florida a week ago now, I've been a bit (very actually) lax in my posts as of late as any free time I get is spent on working on some of the 3000 exposures I've racked up (to be fair 90% of them are bracketed, various exposure settings and different angles etc).

I took some abstract lines and shape photos but I find those are the hardest compositions for me to tackle as I really am unsure as to what makes an interesting photo to others when it comes to that. Jeweler any tips?

Met up with some of the guys at wdwphotography.com and had a great time, here's my "gallery" of a few of the ones I've worked on so far.

P.S Merry Christmas to all! My favourite present would have to be http://twitpic.com/3jjrd2

Wish I could say I was close to finishing editing the rest of them all :(

If you'd stay off the forum, you could get some work done. :lmao:

The worst part is you'll just get these done, but you'll have a bunch of others that have come up in the mean time. Good luck!

Oh it's so true :-(

nice! how did you get so many empty street shots?? were you there for any special assignments? Or just through taking multiple shots and masking off people?

No masking and no assignments! Went over at the quiet season, waited til closing when the park emptied then put on my politest British accent to the security officers and shot as fast as humanly possible!

You have WOW pictures sam.. If you ask me for voting the best one, I'll go for the last one.
I got that picture so meaningful.
Thanks for sharing sam.

Awesome! Great job and I love the pictures. Thanks so much for sharing and glad you had safe travel.

One comment and two questions:

1. Great shots! My favorite is actually the last one of the artist. Though I wish he didn't have that name tag on...

2. Was this your first visit to the States?

3. Did you opt for the full body scan or the invasive molestation by TSA? :lmao:

I prefer the molestation, when the touching begins that is when I know I'm on holiday.

Everything you posted was very good, but I'd be more interested in the abstracts myself. Just worry about what makes it an interesting photo to you. Others may agree or not - that's the nature of abstracts, where the viewer provides interpretation, possibly one different from yours, or possibly none at all.
