is photoshop CS2 "worth it"?

If you have the software, you can upgrade it. It doesn't matter if you are not a teacher or student or airline pilot or whatever.

I use the educational edition myself. I'm not a student or teacher either. It registered just like any other version and works just like the regular version and allows upgrades just like the regular version. It justs costs less to buy. It is no different that looking for and finding a discount on anything else you might buy.

really? where did you buy it? i have only purchased through universities that required student ID. some schools are more strict than others...

if i can continue with the educational version, i will definitely do it!
