just done with on camera flash? like a canon 580ex ??

i thought ring flash at first. but there is no reflection in the glasses. although i guess it could have been photoshopped.

any ideas?? thankyou!

It look to me like the flash is a foot or so above the camera, and with a small diffuser. The shadows are too 'far' from the subjects to be the built-in flash, and they're really not sharp enough (to me) to be the bare flash.
