Here is what I got for your 3 images. It seems you didnt use a tripod and what you see is the best Photomatix could do for me to register your images. I wasnt going to take the time to line them up manually in Photoshop.
from what i am seeing, your CA is on a normal level its just your processing that needs some work.
I just loaded these images into photomatix and had the auto align and reduce chromatic aberrations on and some minor adjustments some with some personal presets. And Topaz Denoise
