Hi Everyone!

I can't find the limit for photos but I'm pretty sure I have more than I am supposed to. Please understand that I narrowed my photos down from around 1,000 and had to cut out dozens that I still liked. If you don't want to look at 14 photos then ignore the post & I completely understand! Please don't reply for the sake of being mean to me about it! I'll try to take some out when people say they don't like them.

I got back a day ago from being in India for a month. It was my first time abroad, and being there made me realize I LOVE photographing different cultures. I am sad to be home and immediately started devising ways to get back to take photos. I need to narrow down my top photographs in the "people" category. Please help me pick the top three! Or pick the weakest. I'm not asking anyone to go through and comment on this many photos but even the slightest bit of criticism would be so helpful!!

Thanks so so much!!! :) All photos were taken with my Nikon D60 35mm lens

What did you go to India for? That must've been the trip of a lifetime!

#4 - would've been a cool shot if the entire shadow was shown (instead his shadow is decapitated). Don't like all the people in the background. Neat concept though!
#10 -The bar across her face makes her looks noseless. I don't like this picture for that reason.

11 and 14 are my favorites. 11 needs work on the B/W conversion.

3, 4, 5, 10 & 12 are great pictures in my opinion.

I know it's not the top 3 but hopefully helps you narrow it down a little.

In all honesty, the thing I like most about #3 is the unimpressed look of the woman you have photographed lol.

good pic
pic which are in bnw are real good gives new dimension

Love #8 and #12.

right idea but execution could have been better.

7 was a smart one to B+W. would have been great if you had him on the bike with the buildings behind him.

India is indeed an amazing place to shoot - I would love to get back for another chance one of these days. While, as Traveller said, they could stand a bit more tweaking, if I'm making a judgment based on their representation of a foreign culture, than I would say that #s 3, 6, and 12 are the strongest. One thought; almost every image has some little body part (fingers, toes) cropped off. Try to avoid this and get in the habit of zooming out or composing just a little wider than you think you need to.
