~ Keep Ye Eye On The Birdie ~ Labrador Retriever gun dog SHR LAKE CHAFFEE'S AUTUMN LEGACY O' TRAD FINIAN MAC SH, call name "MAC". Seen holding a recently retrieved beautiful rooster pheasant, MAC dutifully maintains his gentle hold on the big bird despite his right eye being obscured by the ringneck's feathers. As trained, MAC will maintain a hold on th bird until issued the verbal command "GIVE", and he will then present the bird classically into my hand.

MAC has currently earned an UKC /HRC Started Hunting Retriever (SHR) title, an AKC Junior Hunter (JH) title, and an AKC (SH) Senior Hunter title. MAC has also earned one qualifying score toward an HRC Upland Hunter (UH) title. MAC was selected and honored as the 2019 Yankee Waterfowler's Hunting Retriever Club Junior Dog Of The Year.

Current plans are to campaign MAC in 2021 in AKC Master Hunter, HRC Seasoned Retriever, and UKC /HRC Upland Hunter stakes.

MAC is a working gun dog and is currently enjoying many days afield while hunting both upland game birds and waterfowl. All business whilst working birds afield, MAC is a pleasure in the home, has a wonderful temperament, and is a cherished member of our family.

MAC is owned, trained, and handled by yours truly.
