Kid Photos, input please

Hi..
I consider myself a new photographer
I was wondering if these are ok?

I like the black & white part of the first image. The highlights are a little bright and/or the contrast is pretty high, but the viewer has a good connection with her because she is looking at the camera and smiling.

The color part of the first image looks more like an add for clothing because she is looking off camera and also because the stripped pattern attracts attention.

The last image is cute. Probably a really great image for the parents of the kids, but for the causal viewer, it would be better if we could see more of her face & expression. Also, I'm not sure the high contrast is a good thing here. His face just looks too bright.

yes you're right.. i should show more of the kiddos face&expression .. and the contrats is bugging me too at first LOL
