Laura's yellow eyebrow help

Hey guys;

Hoping some one good with Photoshop can help me find the right video on youtube. Laura's eye got bruised in sports. I took this photo of her yesterday. Can you look at her right eye brow and give me an idea on what is the name of a lesson I want to learn using photoshop to change her skin tone back to normal in this one spot?

Well, I went to Phlearn Photoshop and found a video on acne. He explained he wanted to get rid of the color first of all... Ta da.. A little trial and error and voila!!!!
