Lens Advice Needed

I am going on vacation and would like a better lens to take with me. Also I have a fish tank that I love to photograph. So what I am looking for is something that would be good at taking close-ups of my tank as well as good for general shooting, for example at sea world. I Still have the canon 350D.

Here is what I was thinking: Canon Telephoto EF 100mm f/2.8 USM Macro Autofocus Lens

Its hard to comment not knowing what other lenses you have. From a vacation point of view I personally would like a lens with a wide usable focal range. I have heard nothing but great reviews of the 15-85mm lens so thats what i would buy if i was only planning on taking one quality lens. Im not sure about its Macro capabilities though.

The lenses that I already have are:
Canon Normal EF 50mm f/1.8 II Autofocus Lens
Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS

Any other suggestions for a lens in $200-550US range?

The 100mm is an amazing lens! One of my favorites of all time. If you can I would say go for it! You already have the other ranges comvered.
