Lensbabies, worth the money?

I've had a look at these Lensbabies things and it seems like a nice idea but the effects that they give seem like somthing that could be done on Photoshop, so are worth the hassle?

The attempts at making LB shots in software fall far short, in my opinion. To get it anywhere near right, you have to spend a lot of time isolating various parts using the magic wand before applying blur layers.
