I took it with my s25ultra in expert raw mode so there's no flash.

Is it just that one image, or do others exhibit the same issue?

It happened on 2 or 3 photos in a row. I've taken some recently that had a similar color blue sky in it and it didn't happen but I'd still like to know why it happened. When I send the photo from lightroom to Google photos and the image gets converted to jpeg it goes away I think. It's confusing
