I took this picture a couple days ago at 2 seconds i think. its a little overexposed and i keep have that problem when i do long exposures.dont know

Learn how NOT to trust your meter and shoot during better light. You've definitely got the composition down but the light quality it's what's killin' it. And on the long exposure thing with water, it works better most of the time during overcast days or just after the 'magic' light disappears. You get better contrast and more 'time exposure' effect. It's a mood thing........
