Long exposure lake shots in Sweden

No offence meant in either direction...
I perfer the edit but would alslso be comfortable with the artistic licence, had the intension been to contrasst the sky with the almost silouett of trees.

I am only just beginning to learn editing and trhis kind of stuff is golden.

Will post a sky I took that looked, well, terrible.
Added loads of sat and even colour as well as a bunch of stuff I csnt rember the detail of.
the tresult wasnt at all natural and I left thre ground/hill very dark, but I lioke the resulkt noner the less.

Later, if I get chance, in new post.

Please do post your image, but post the unedited image and your edit so we can see where you might have gone wrong.

In an earlier post you thought perhaps the edit was showing what the human eye couldn't see. It's an odd anomaly in that the camera sees better than what the eye sees without a good long stare. Given time, the eye can pick out details as well or better than the camera's sensor but we are mostly in such a self imposed rush to get the shot, we often forget to have a really good look at the whole scene.

you've got really good sky here. You'll be able to re-use for some composites too.
