long exposures in the forest

Today it was really gross and overcast out, so I figured it would be a great day to go take some long exposure water pictures. Unfortunately, it started to rain right after I got all set up, so I didn't stay out for very long.

Hey, we are thinking the same here, Mentos. That third photo made me fall in love with it, too! :D
 
great photos!!! can i ask how that efect in the first picture was accomplished? almost looks like mercury. very cool.

The third is my fav as well so I'm glad you like it mentos and lafoto

Ganoderma: the effect from the first is achieved by setting the camera up on a tripod and using a long exposure (several seconds) to capture the movement of the water.
