Looking for a camera, tips?

So my birthday is coming up and I'd like to ask for a camera for my birthday. Nothing too expensive, maybe 200-300$. Does anyone know of a good, but cheap camera like that? I'm far from a professional photographer but thought I'd ask on this forum because where else?

I currently have the fujifilm j100 and I actually love it compared to other cameras I've used. I like cameras with good macro more than anything.

If you love your current Fujifilm camera... I'm wondering why you're looking for a new camera. Is there something you want to do that you can't do today?

Basically, I'm a huge klutz and dropped it a few times and now the screen is white and black and I can't see what I'm taking a picture of anymore. So I want to try something new and go for a new camera now.

Option 1: Get two very inexpensive cameras.
Option 2: Find one that has the features you want, is within your budget, and fits comfortably in your hands; then attach a big strap.
