Looking for a P&S

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a Canon P&S in the $350 range. Any help?

It must:

...be as small as possible
...be at least 5MP
...have a fast "recycle time," i.e., short time between shots
...have manual settings
...fast bootup time
...as little shutter lag as possible


Of course, I'm willing to compromise as well. I'd also be willing to go used via KEH. This will just be a camera to carry around instead of the XT, which can get bulky, especially with the lens and battery grip.

My personal choice... used G6 or G5 canon. All of the features of DSLRs and not as bad of a shutter lag. Also has a hotshoe for Canon EX line of flash units which makes a world of difference.
